My husband and I used Boomerang taxis to take us to a gig in Guildford this evening. The trip there was good. On time and good service. We asked our driver if it would be better to use a Guildford service to come home but he assured us that they could provide a good service.

It took 35 minutes and 5 phone calls, two where the office hung up on me to get us home! This included the driver regularly breaking the speed limit even when it was pointed out. At one point he was driving in excess of 50mph on a 30 mph road!

I will never use this company again..
